Please do not submit patient data, health information, confidential technical documentation or other sensitive material through the public enquiry form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your request, assess whether Clearline is a suitable provider, respond to you, arrange an initial discussion and maintain appropriate business records.
Lawful basis
Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract and Clearline’s legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating a professional consultancy. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider whether those interests are proportionate and whether your rights override them.

How long we keep it
Clearline keeps personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is needed to address a complaint, legal claim or regulatory matter. Client, legal and financial records are retained in line with contractual, tax, accounting, insurance and legal requirements. Information is securely deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
